• whether the item has been scanned

• whether it has already been picked up

• previous mail items through search

This gives Virtual Office clients a much clearer overview of their business correspondence, without having to keep track of individual messages or emails from reception.

The Mail App works through the web, so you can access it wherever you are.

On mobile devices, the page can also be added to the home screen for quicker access, making it behave much like a regular app.
