Enjoy 1 Free Hour in Our Meeting Rooms This November
This November, we are giving our clients an easier way to organize meetings and manage their time at The Office Belgrade.
Every client company using The Office app will receive 60 minutes of free meeting room use during November 2026.
The free minutes are shared between all app users connected to the same company. You can use them for one meeting or divide them between several shorter bookings.
Book a meeting room through the app
The Office app allows you to:
check meeting room availability;
choose a location, room, date and time;
book an available meeting room;
view your upcoming reservations;
track how many free minutes your company has used;
cancel eligible reservations directly through the app.
If a reservation includes more than the available free minutes, the remaining time will be charged according to the regular meeting room price.
How to activate your account
If you are already a client but do not have an app account, you can activate it yourself:
Open The Office app.
Select Activate account.
Enter the email address registered with The Office Belgrade.
Open the email you receive from us.
Follow the activation link and create your password.
For security reasons, the activation link is valid for one hour.
If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder. You can also contact reception so we can verify that your email address is correctly registered in our system.
More than meeting room bookings
Through The Office app, you can also access your mail, request scanning, review payments and invoices, and receive important updates from our team.
